The Whistleblowing Channel is an outsourced means of communication made available to employees, shareholders and other interested parties to report actions, omissions, irregularities, non-compliance, any fact that contravenes current legislation, the Code of Conduct, policies and internal rules of Simpar, or even, those actions that may cause damage to any activity of the Company, its employees, shareholders and other interested parties.
